How We’re Reducing Our Impact
More Efficient Dyeing
New equipment uses significantly less water while reducing the natural gas required throughout the
dyeing process.
Recycling Water
Cooling water is captured and reused, reducing freshwater consumption and the need to repeatedly heat and
treat new water.
Recovering
Waste Heat
Energy that would otherwise be lost through wastewater is recovered and returned to the process, reducing demand
for natural gas.
Improving Energy Efficiency
LED lighting and more efficient equipment reduce electricity use across the plant.
